Concordia Foundation and CJNU

Gail Bousquet shares the time she and her family spent at Concordia Hospital last March with their mother, Juliette Marie Bousquet, who passed away peacefully in one of our first Comfort Care Rooms. We have created the Juliette Fund in honour of this lady whose life has intersected with so many people and had an impact on so many people throughout her life.

” Our family was truly humbled and grateful for the care and compassion shown to us by all of you in the Comfort Care unit at Concordia Hospital. The comfort of this room was the perfect setting where we could all be together with mom with no time limit or clock watching during her final days. Our mother’s passing was one of love and peace and we thank you for making this last memory of her one of dignity and grace.”

The Concordia Foundation is pleased to announce that during the month of March we will be partnering with our friends at nonprofit radio, CJNU and Kildonan Place.
